Ministry Staff

The Ministry Staff is viewed as an extension of the hand of the Shepherd. The service of those on Staff should, therefore, be consistent with the ministry and nature of Jesus. The vision of the Ministry Staff is as follows:

  • To administer the Gospel of Jesus Christ, fulfilling the Great Commission.
  • To equip others for the work of the ministry.
  • To care for the basic needs of the church body.
  • To provide an avenue to worship God through faithful service.

Serving in the Ministry Staff should be regarded as a privilege, with the consideration that those on the receiving end of the ministry are God's children, His flock. For the following reasons, Ministry Staff positions are divided into areas with qualifications for each:

  • To establish confidence and peace of mind in the Staff.
  • To clarify Staff involvement, expectations, and accountability.
  • To define goals for those interested in serving on Staff.
